Many of you like to entertain ... I know I sure do! But when I first got into entertaining, there were always doubts about how much to serve, what the menu should be, what can I cook ahead?, how do I make sure everything is ready on time?, how do I manage cooking for more people than I normally cook for?

So I think that many of you, if you're like I was, would like a little help with entertaining.

In this section of the website, I focus on entertaining and provide the support that is necessary to create that “whole new cooking experience”. You'll find a number of interesting menus for different occasions, complete recipes, a shopping list for the entire meal, a timeline(!), and sometimes some table setting ideas or a menu that you can print on fancy paper from your computer. I’ve done this hundreds of times (I love entertaining!) and I've gained a ton of experience. I hope that this entertaining section can be richly rewarding as you venture into cooking for special times and special people.
