This week we feature More Great Dinners. These dinners are are all easy to prepare. We have a super simple oven dish of roasted chicken sausages and butternut squash that qualifies as a Better-than-Takeout meal, and the shrimp pasta is a delicious pantry meal. For something a little different, try the prosciutto-wrapped salmon.
